Our Olio Nuovo is a bold, early harvest extra virgin olive oil made in the tradition of Tuscan “novello” and Sicilian “nuovo” oils.

From olives picked at optimal greenness in early autumn and processed within hours, this oil is intensely aromatic, vegetal, and full of character. The newest addition to Luretik’s award-winning lineup, Olio Nuovo is the season’s first, vibrant oil that chefs prize for its intensity, freshness, and polyphenol richness. 100% organic, estate-grown in Santa Ynez Valley, CA.

All orders ship between November 10th and November 18th, depending on the harvest date.

We are a small producer, and our fully certified organic grove consists of 900 trees comprising 9 Italian varieties. As owners, we are committed to sustainable farming practices that will ensure the continued health of the land for years to come. Our select varieties - Nocellara del Belice, Cerasuola, Carolea, Cerignola, Cipressino, Coratina, Frantoio, Itrana and Pendolino - have adapted beautifully to Luretík’s loamy-clay soils and the temperate Mediterranean climate of Santa Barbara County.
